At Liberty Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and include all tags and protective inserts before sealing them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
